Emils Jurcik joins NEIT lab this fall 2023 as a PhD student. He is co-advised by Prof. Samuel Graham and Prof. Agonafer. He got his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at Northwestern University and worked in the industry for a year prior to joining UMD. He will work on thermal management and thermal measurements of wide band gap power electronics.
