Our lab features a state-of-the-art thermal conductivity measurement tool utilizing patented fiber-optic-based steady-state thermoreflectance (SSTR-F) technology. This automated system allows for streamlined and precise measurements of thermal conductivity in materials, spanning from thin films to bulk substances. It operates within a wide range of 0.05 to 500 W/m/K. The tool’s dimensions are 31” x 36” x 57”, excluding the computer control unit, and it weighs approximately 200 lbs. It comes with standard objectives of 10x and 20x and can be powered by either 110V or 220V AC, making it versatile and adaptable to various lab setups and needs.

CWUL-10BITY Industrial UV Laser Water Chiller

The TEYU CWUL-10 industrial chiller is a cooling system specifically designed for UV laser marking machines with a power range of 10W to 15W. It ensures stable laser output by maintaining precise temperature control with an accuracy of ±0.3°C. With a cooling capacity of 1080W, it actively cools the laser system within a temperature range of 5°C to 35°C. This chiller is compact, lightweight, and portable, facilitating easy transportation and installation. It features visual indicators for water level, integrated alarm functions for monitoring, and offers easy maintenance. Overall, it provides efficient and reliable cooling for UV laser marking applications. It is 22.8″ x 11.4″ x 20.5″ (58cm x 29cm x 52cm) in size

SanjSCOPE™ NanoTherm-Series

The SanjSCOPE™ Nanosecond Transient Thermal Imager is a specialized system designed for topside thermal imaging, utilizing lock-in thermoreflectance (TR) technology optimized for the visible band. It offers diffraction-limited spatial resolution and operates within a spectral range of 365 nm to 1050 nm with a 50 ns transient response time. This wide spectral range enables thermal analysis of various advanced devices, particularly suited for GaN and other wide band-gap devices. The system provides submicron spatial resolution, 50 ns transient resolution, and supports TransientCAL™ and HyperSpectral calibration for precise thermal imaging. An optional IR sensor is available for macro-analysis, detecting low power levels and pinpointing micro-scale thermal anomalies. The NT-Series System comes in baseline and turnkey configurations, including a probe station and auto-focus piezo x-y-z thermal stage for enhanced thermal resolution.

SP-300 Potentiostat

The SP-300 is an advanced research-grade potentiostat with a wide current range from 500 mA to 10 A and built-in Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS), it offers high-end specifications such as a maximum frequency of 7 MHz, floating mode operation, analog filtering, built-in calibration board, and stability bandwidths.

Modular chassis allows for flexibility in experimentation. Users can integrate optional high current/high voltage boards (up to 10 A and 48 V) or add a second potentiostat board, either standard or EIS-equipped, enabling Bipotentiostat configuration for Rotating Ring-Disk Electrode (RRDE) experiments. Moreover, the SP-300 can function as a multiple-user system, with two researchers independently utilizing each channel board.

The potentiostat provides customizable voltage ranges, adjustable from ±10 V down to ±30 mV, which can be expanded up to ±48 V with the HCV-3048 option. Current ranges span from ±1 A to 10 nA, extendable up to 120 A with additional hardware, or down to ±1 pA with the Ultra Low Current option.

High-quality LED heated circulating bath for laboratory use. This bath offers digital set and read control at an analog price point. Temperature can be easily set using a control dial and is digitally displayed with precision to 0.1°C. With a PID controller, it ensures ±0.05°C stability from 5°C above ambient to 150°C.

Safety features include high-temperature and low-level cutoff mechanisms, providing protection across the entire temperature range. The built-in pump offers two selectable speed settings (7 and 15 liters/minute) for enhanced temperature control.

Included with the bath are a lid, one 2-ft length of Buna N tubing (13 mm ID), and male adapters for 3/8″, 1/4″, and 3/16″ ID tubing. The inlet and outlet ports are 1/4″ NPT(F), ensuring compatibility with various tubing configurations.

Linkam LNP96 Liquid Nitrogen System

The Linkam LNP96 cooling system, developed by Linkam, features a unique patented design that offers precise control over liquid nitrogen flow. This enables users to regulate stages at linear cooling rates ranging from as fast as 100°C/min to as slow as 0.01°C/min. Equipped with two proprietary pumps controlled automatically by the Linkam T96 controller with Linkpad or Link Software, the LNP96 system comprises a control unit housing the pumps and a 2-liter Dewar. This cooling system can be seamlessly integrated as an optional addition to specific Linkam systems, allowing for cooling capabilities down to -196°C.

The Nikon Eclipse TE2000-U Inverted Fluorescence Phase Contrast Microscope

Research-grade instrument suitable for brightfield, phase contrast, and fluorescence microscopy. The microscope is equipped with features for both image and video capture of samples.

Key capabilities of the imaging software include display, annotation, editing, calibration, measurement, analysis, processing, printing, and saving of raster images. It also enables variable linear measurements such as line segments and radius values.

The standard configuration of the Nikon Eclipse TE2000-U includes an inverted base with two camera ports, an illumination arm, a binocular head with two eyepieces, and a fluorescence light path. It utilizes a Nikon 100 Watt full spectrum HBO lamp and power supply for fluorescence illumination.
