Kyoungje (Daniel) Cho​

Kyoungje (Daniel) Cho joined the NEIT Lab in Fall 2026. His research focuses on advanced thermal management technologies for data center servers, particularly two-phase direct-to-chip evaporative cooling.

Before beginning his Ph.D., Kyoungje earned his M.S. and B.S. degrees in Mechanical and Control Engineering from Handong Global University in Pohang, South Korea. During his master’s studies, he conducted research in the Energy and Engineering Lab, focusing on two-phase immersion cooling for data center servers. Outside of research, Kyoungje enjoys traveling and photography.
