Dr. Yunseo Kim is a Postdoctoral Associate at the NEIT Lab. She received her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Chung-Ang University, Seoul, in 2024.
Her research focuses on developing thermal management solutions for power and high-performance semiconductors, ranging from the device level to the system level. She integrates experimental work with numerical modeling and data-driven methods, grounded in a deep understanding of thermal-fluid phenomena.
